Visitor Information
The official county-wide Visitor Information Network encourages visitors to stay longer and experience more of the county.
Leaflet distribution

The county-wide Visitor Information Network features approximately 40 official branded literature racks in prominent, high footfall locations including hotels, attractions, rail stations and airports. Your leaflet will be included alongside official Durham tourism publications.
The distribution schedule runs January to December, however, leaflets can be added at any time.

Discover Durham is the group travel brand for the county, which sees an annual programme of activity delivered to raise the profile of Durham and member businesses as a group travel destination.
To become a member of Discover Durham, attractions and activities must accept groups of 30+ and accommodation must have 30+ bedrooms.
Discover Durham activity runs 1 April to 31 March, but partners can be included throughout the year.

Cost-effective and targeted opportunities will put your business in front of tourism businesses from across the county.
Grapevine banner advert

Prominent banner advert on Visit County Durham’s weekly business to business e-newsletter, which is sent to a database of over 1,300 every Wednesday.

Sponsorship packages
Visit County Durham runs a number of corporate events, including conferences and industry workshops, which offer sponsorship opportunities that put your business in front of a targeted audience. Contact us to discuss opportunities and pricing.

Visit County Durham runs a number of practical training sessions across the year, on industry topics that will benefit your business.
