‘We’ve had 8 of our supervisors attend the Team Leadership NVQ with New College Durham. The post covid recovery has made the supervisory roles hard to fill. Therefore promoting from within has been the best way of retaining talent and this course has been useful to support new or upcoming supervisors learn skills appropriate for their roles.
Lauren McCormick has recently completed her Front Office Supervisor apprenticeship, passing with a distinction. The training delivered remotely with some on site observation has been useful to Lauren who has provided the following words.’
